These terms of agreement refer to the concept 'Barber Stories' as it will be performed on street festivals and comparable public events.

Terms of agreement towards the audience at the festival for event. ` The public is informed on the conditions before start: A: Only shaving, beard treatment and barber cut hairstyles are accepted. Therefore: no long hair will be treated. B: All genders are welcome if they can accept the terms of conditions. C: children cannot participate in the haircutting. D: the shaving, beard treatment or haircutting can only be done in exchange for a catching story, which the client has experienced him-herself. E. the client accepts that the actor will use the story afterwards in a theatre show and a book. F. By participating, the client agrees on buying the book which will contain his-her story. The price of the book is set a €35, to be adapted correctly at the time of printing. Candidates for a barber treatment not willing to buy the book shall be refused. For this price, the client will receive: -a free haircut or hot towel shave or beard treatment -free entrance at the evening show (if booked by the organizer) -a signed copy of the book, delivered at home, if the client lives on the European continent or the UK. The book, the barber experience and the road trip with the home delivery of the book come as one. The audience can order the book as well. These copies will be sent. The buyer will pay an extra for the shipment. G. The client accepts that the barber-actor takes note of the address and email of the client. This information will be used to inform the client on the publishing of the book. After publishing, the information will be used to inform the client on the date of delivery, in person, by the actor, of the book. This info will therefore only be used to serve the actor to deliver the book during his road trip in 2027. G. The client can only take the seat if he-she confirms that he-she will buy the book if her-his story is one of the fifty stories published in the book. H. The client will be informed that the price of the book will be set at €35. This price might lower or raise, depending on the number of books and the production cost at that time. I. The client confirms by signature that no rights will be claimed, neither for the theatre show, nor for the book. (for more information: see page: Concept). A document will be filled out in two copies by the actor and the client at the moment, before starting the treatment. J. Aspects not mentioned in these terms of agreement are added or explained by mail. Terms of agreement towards the organizer of the festival or event: -The organizer will agree upon the price as communicated by mail. -The organizer will accepted the extra fee for the evening play as communicated by mail. -If an overnight stay is needed, the organizer will take this on his account. -If the organizer books the evening play and tickets are sold, free entrance will be provided to the clients of the barber, who shared their story.
